Fees

Our fees are regularly reviewed to ensure they are both fair and competitive. Blocks of 5 sessions are available at a discounted price. Home Or Educational Facility Screening including written summary $50.00 Comprehensive Assessment including written report $250.00 Individual Treatment (30 mins) $80.00 Individual Treatment (45 mins) $105.00 Individual Treatment (60 mins) $130.00 Assessments or treatments carried out at home may incur extra travel costs. Travel is calculated at cost of travel plus $10 per 15 mins travel time. For travel that is greater than 1 hour, a supplementary tariff will be applied. Payment Information • Payment can be made via cash, direct bank transfer, EFTPOS facility in the educational facility or your home, or by cheque. • Please note that payment for sessions must be received before the scheduled session. • Failure to pay prior to the session may result in the session being postponed until payment has been received. Cancellation Policy All appointments must be cancelled by phone on 0411 027 851. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, but we would appreciate your earliest notification if your child is unable to attend his/her allocated session. If we do not receive contact prior to the session, a fee of $50 may be incurred. This fee will be charged at the therapist’s discretion, with consideration for individual circumstances. Rebates and Funding Medicare Rebates Rebates from Medicare are only possible with an appropriate referral from a GP or Paediatrician. We have a Medicare Provider Number (4571041F), however please be aware that we do not bulk bill, and the rebate does not cover the full cost of the sessions. More information can be found on the Department of Health and Ageing’s website. Private Health Cover Our services are eligible for rebate with some private health insurers under “extras coverage”. Please check with your specific health care fund for more information. Early Intervention and Better Start We hold FAHCSIA approval for the “Autism Early Intervention” and the “Better Start for Children with Disability” funding packages. Please note that there will be a $5 surcharge for all FAHCSIA claims.
